Dr. J’Aime MacPherson, PhD, LCPC, is a licensed clinical professional counselor, Clinical Director, and owner of Mending Mac Counseling in Las Vegas, Nevada. She specializes in perinatal mental health, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and supporting individuals and families through significant life changes. Dr. MacPherson serves as President of the Nevada Chapter of Postpartum Support International (PSI), where she advocates for improved maternal mental health awareness, education, and access to care across Nevada. She is passionate about helping healthcare systems strengthen early identification and support for perinatal mental health concerns while reducing stigma surrounding maternal mental health treatment.

Jayne has over 20 years of experience in child welfare, serving as a Program Manager, Respite Coordinator, Licensing Facilitator, and Adoption Advocate. She also has lived experience as an adoptive parent of four children, now ranging in age from 24 to 46, and as a relative caregiver.

In addition, she is a grandmother to six grandchildren and one great-grandson. Jayne has had the privilege of serving caregivers as the Family and Community Engagement Coordinator for Foster Kinship for nearly three years. She is also a former peer support advocate for Families Rising (formerly known as the North American Council for Adoptable Children) and Advokids in California

Kaytee Crawford (IBCLC, CPE, CST, DCC, LC) supports families in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as an international board certified lactation consultant, certified birth and postpartum doula, certified perinatal educator, certified craniosacral therapist, dynamic body balancing facilitator, certified breastfeeding specialist, and babywearing educator. She uses her training, combined with a wealth of experience parenting four boys, to create inclusive + personalized care as well as fun, insightful social media content. 

Kaytee is passionate about sharing her experiences in pregnancy and lactation as a black + queer woman as well as a person who has birthed in larger body (mid-fat) in order to create safer, trauma-free experiences for others.

During the past 41 years in Las Vegas, I have taught nursing at UNLV, was the nursing director at Touro University for a short time, worked at two different local hospitals as a diabetes educator and now for the last six years I have had the pleasure of volunteering as a Postpartum Support Coordinator with Postpartum Support International. I have had

the opportunity to present at National Meetings on numerous topics including Spirituality in Diabetes Education, Photography as a Tool in Assessment and Rapport Development in Clients with Diabetes, and most recently Women with Diabetes Mellitus in Pregnancy and Postpartum Depression. I have also published over 30 articles,

served on The Diabetes Educator Editorial Board, and served as a reviewer for that journal. Most recently I was highlighted as a support coordinator in the Postpartum Support Coordinator’s Newsletter. I currently love being a Postpartum Support Coordinator. There is nothing quite like the satisfaction of serving people in such a meaningful way.

Charlisha LeJeune-Brown is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in quality improvement, risk management, accreditation, compliance, and care coordination across hospitals, health plans, and community-based settings. Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams, strengthening regulatory readiness, improving operational performance, and partnering with executive stakeholders to advance clinical quality outcomes and patient experience. Recognized for strategic problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to translate policy, data, and process improvement methods into practical solutions that support organizational excellence.

Dr. Gabriela Buccini is a public health researcher and implementation scientist specializing in maternal and child health, nutrition equity, and early childhood development. She is an Associate Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Public Health, where her work focuses on reducing structural barriers affecting families during the first 2,000 days of life. Dr. Buccini leads community-engaged and international research initiatives addressing food insecurity, breastfeeding support, behavioral health integration, and nurturing care interventions for underserved populations. Her research has been supported by major federal and foundation funding and has contributed to policy and practice improvements in both the United States and Brazil. She is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and actively collaborates with healthcare systems, community organizations, and policymakers to advance maternal and child health equity.

Paulette Campbell is a senior nursing and clinical operations executive with more than 25 years of managed care experience in maternity and neonatal intensive care. Throughout her career, Paulette has provided leadership for national maternity and women’s health programs, including oversight of maternity, NICU, and fertility service lines with significant operational scale and multidisciplinary teams across the United States.  Paulette is recognized for bringing together frontline clinical insight and senior leadership to improve outcomes for mothers, newborns, and families.
